ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Alan Jacob George
Alan is the creative director, chief designer, and founder at Moon. He is a versatile designer with a broad range of expertise. Alan specializes in graphic design, branding, typography, motion graphics, and 3D design.
Alan started his career as an architect and has worked with small and large architecture firms on varied projects from residences to 80 storied skyscrapers. He holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture from College of Architecture, Trivandrum.
Alan's journey in design began from childhood, where his love for drawing and creating with his hands sparked a lifelong passion. Over time, his interests expanded into graphic design, 3D, and motion graphics, inspired by animated films, title sequences, and the endless possibilities of virtual environments compared to the physical limitations of architecture. His curiosity about technology and design has driven him to explore new tools and techniques, from traditional methods to the latest digital innovations.
With a holistic approach to design, Alan combines his expertise in hardware, software, and emerging technologies to create projects that are both innovative and precise. His constant learning and experimentation ensure that each project reflects his unique creative vision, blending artistry with technical mastery.
